Terms of service

Uni Passco Connect (“the platform”, “we”, “us”) is operated by MES Technology & Business House, Navrongo, Upper East Region, Ghana. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

• You must provide accurate registration details, including your real name and a working email address.
• Your account is personal. Do not share your password or allow another person to use your account.
• One account is entitled to access one department’s archive.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

Access to a department’s archive requires a one-time access fee, shown clearly before you pay. The fee is charged per department and grants access to the papers filed for that department, including papers added later while your account remains in good standing.

Payments are made by mobile money to the account displayed on your payment page. Access is granted after an administrator verifies your payment against the transaction reference you submit.

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, publish or commercially exploit any paper obtained from the platform.
• Use automated tools to scrape, bulk-download or copy the archive.
• Attempt to bypass download limits, access controls or payment verification.
• Upload or transmit unlawful, harmful or infringing material.
• Impersonate another student, administrator or institution.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, without refund where the breach is deliberate.

Examination papers remain the intellectual property of the issuing institutions. The platform provides them for personal academic revision only. The platform’s design, brand, software and compiled archive structure remain the property of MES Technology & Business House.

We work to keep the platform available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, network faults or events outside our control may cause temporary interruptions. We do not guarantee that every course or academic year is present in the archive.

The platform is a revision aid. We make no representation that any paper will appear in a future examination. To the extent permitted by Ghanaian law, our total liability to you is limited to the access fee you paid.

We may update these terms as the platform develops. Material changes will be announced on the platform, and the date at the top of this page will be revised.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
