How long does verification take?

Most payments are verified within a few hours during the day. Your dashboard shows the live status of your submission, and access opens automatically once it is approved.

Why was my payment rejected?

The most common reasons are an incorrect amount, an unreadable screenshot, or a transaction reference that does not match the payment received. The reason is shown on your dashboard so you can resubmit.

Can one account cover more than one department?

No. Each account is scoped to one department, because the fee covers the archive for that department only. Choose your department carefully during payment.

Are there download limits?

Some papers have a download limit set by the department, for example a fixed number of downloads within a time window. Where a limit applies, your remaining downloads are shown next to the paper.

Where do the papers come from?

Papers are deposited by appointed administrators for each school and department. Students cannot upload files, which keeps the archive accurate and free of duplicates.
