Guides and troubleshooting

Short, practical instructions for the tasks students ask about most.

Registering your account

  1. Select Create account at the top of any page.
  2. Choose your school from the list, then enter your full name, email address and a password of at least six characters.
  3. Submit the form. You are signed in immediately and taken to your dashboard.

Paying by mobile money

  1. On your dashboard, confirm your school and select your department.
  2. Send the exact access fee shown on screen to the mobile money account displayed. Use your own mobile money number.
  3. Copy the transaction reference from your confirmation message, and take a screenshot of that message.
  4. Enter the reference, attach the screenshot and submit for verification.

Keep the confirmation message until your access is approved. Do not send the fee to any number other than the one shown on your payment page.

My payment has not been approved yet

Your dashboard shows a live status: Awaiting verification, Approved or Rejected. Verification is usually completed within a few hours during support hours. If more than 24 hours has passed, contact support with your transaction reference.

I cannot sign in

  • Confirm you are using the email address you registered with, typed without spaces.
  • Use Forgot password on the sign-in page to receive a secure reset link.
  • If you registered with Google, sign in with Continue with Google rather than a password.
  • Administrators must select the school they administer before signing in.

A download will not open

  • Papers are PDF files. Install a PDF reader if your phone has none.
  • Allow pop-ups for this site, since downloads open in a new tab.
  • If a download link has expired, request the paper again from your dashboard or download history.
  • Where a paper has a download limit, your remaining downloads are shown beside it.

A paper is missing or mislabelled

Departments deposit papers on an ongoing basis, so a course may not have every year yet. Report a missing or incorrect paper through the contact form and include the course name, code and academic year.
